The role - your duties will include: Assisting with the processing of tenancy applications; Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc; Handling prospective tenant enquiries; Lease vacant properties; Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral; Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements; Schedule property inspections; Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections; Market available properties for lease; Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential; Diary management; and Ad hoc administration duties for the department. The candidate - to succeed in this role you'll have: Previous real estate experience (advantageous but not essential); A current Certificate Of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one ASAP); An exceptional customer service ethos; The ability to work effectively under pressure; A focused, driven and motivated personality; The ability to work towards targets and KPI's; Experience working in a fast-paced environment; High level problem-solving skills; The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage your time effectively; A strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence; Fantastic communication and negotiation skills; The willingness to learn and be focused on continuous improvement; A professional phone manner; The ability to adapt to new tasks and systems; Strong computer skills; and The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
